Sponsor placement terms

These terms apply when you submit a general advertisement application to ShareMyHorse. We do not accept paid insurance advertisements. Submitting an application creates no paid placement. Any approved offer will identify the exact placement, jurisdictions, billing period, and price before you are invited to pay.

Application and review

You must provide accurate contact, business, and advertisement information and have the right to submit the proposed copy, images, marks, and destination link. ShareMyHorse may ask for supporting records, edit proposed copy with your agreement, reject an application, or suspend a listing that is inaccurate, unsuitable, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms. Approval of an application is not a recommendation or endorsement of your business or products.

Paid placement and compensation

Published placements are clearly identified as paid advertisements. Fees are for the agreed placement and billing period, not for leads, referrals, or customer outcomes. Sidebar placements may rotate with other advertisements; no exclusivity, ranking, click volume, or impression minimum is promised unless the final written offer expressly says so.

Checkout, renewal, and cancellation

If ShareMyHorse approves the final offer, we will invite you to complete Checkout. A placement goes live only after payment is confirmed and all launch conditions are met. A monthly or annual subscription renews for the same period at the price shown at Checkout unless it is cancelled before renewal. You may request cancellation through the contact details in your offer; cancellation stops future renewal and the current paid placement normally runs through the end of its paid period. We may remove a listing sooner for legal, payment or content reasons. Any different price, period, or refund arrangement must be stated in the final offer before Checkout.

Content rights and changes

You retain your content and give ShareMyHorse permission to display it for the approved placement and to make technical formatting changes needed to publish it. You must promptly tell us if your authority, destination page, claims, or business details change. Material copy or territory changes may require another review before they appear. Updated terms apply to new applications; a material change to an existing paid arrangement requires a new agreed offer.
